Overview
You're cordially invited to join us for an unforgettable 4-night / 5-day wedding extravaganza in the picturesque La Ventana, Mexico! Some people want a fancy wedding but John and Victoria just want you all to come adventure and party with us on the beach for a few days. We have two luxurious beachfront mansions with pools, hot tubs, and fire pits where our festivities will unfold.

Time: 3pm Saturday to 11am Wednesday
Where: La Ventana, Baja California Sur, Mexico
Our dedicated concierge service will handle all the details of your trip except flights.
Accommodations
Dive into the La Ventana experience no matter your budget! We've snagged two luxurious beachfront mansions with spacious king-bed rooms, ranging from $100 to $250 per night. To ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated, we'll allocate rooms after receiving RSVPs.
There are also a bunch of condos directly behind the mansions and infinite hotels within a minute's walk down the beach. We are also figuring out some super budget-friendly options for those interested in sharing rooms with friends or camping on the beach.
The sooner you RSVP, the sooner we can help you find the perfect accommodation for your needs.
Dinning
Rest assured, we've taken care of your culinary experience! Throughout your stay, all meals and drinks are included, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy the festivities. A dedicated private chef will prepare delicious meals, and attentive wait staff will be available to cater to your needs. To help us finalize the arrangements, we kindly request a contribution of $160 per person. This contribution will help cover the cost of the all-inclusive food and beverage experience. And to make things even more special, children are our guests – their attendance is free!
Transportation
Ditch the car hassle and soak in the stunning scenery! While car rentals are readily available at San Jose Cabo airport (SJD), they're not essential for this trip.
For a relaxed arrival, we've arranged convenient shuttles directly to La Ventana. Enjoy the scenic 2-hour drive for just $40 each way or $80 round-trip. We will schedule the shuttles depending on guest arrival and departure times.
La Ventana offers a plethora of activities and amenities within easy walking distance, making your stay a breeze!
Flights
Lock in your La Ventana escape! We recommend arriving at San Jose Cabo International Airport (SJD) on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 with an early morning flight. For your departure, aim for a later afternoon flight on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025. Remember, the scenic transfer to La Ventana takes about 2 hours, so factor that in when booking your flights.
The second option depending on where you are flying from is La Paz International Airport (LAP) which is only 40 minutes from La Ventana. We are not currently planning a shuttle from this airport but this can be scheduled if you decide to fly into this airport.
To help us coordinate arrivals and shuttle pickups (available for $40 each way or $80 round-trip!), please submit your flight information as soon as your flights are booked!
Entertainment
Unwind by day and ignite the night!
Evenings transform into vibrant celebrations with live bands, energetic DJs, and the chance to belt out your favorites at karaoke night. Salsa lessons will get your hips moving, while movie nights and fires under the stars offer a touch of cozy relaxation.
Mornings begin with invigorating yoga sessions and cactus forest hikes, perfect for centering yourself before the day's adventures. Unleash your inner artist at our art tables, or gather for some friendly competition with games. Lounge by the pool or soak up the sun on the beach – the choice is yours! Kayaks and paddleboards are at your disposal, and for the thrill-seekers, there are optional excursions to book each day (additional fees apply).
Adventures
Beyond the wedding celebrations, La Ventana unlocks a world of adventure, waiting to be explored. For the thrill-seekers, a smorgasbord of optional activities awaits (at an additional cost). Dive into the vibrant Sea of Cortez on a SCUBA adventure, or test your skills against the ocean's bounty with a fishing expedition. Island Cerralvo tours promise exploration of a desert island, while mountain biking and horseback riding offer breathtaking journeys through stunning cactus forest landscapes. We will also have yoga, massage, and beauty services available to book as well. Let La Ventana ignite your sense of exploration and create an unforgettable experience tailored to your desires.
The Wedding
The wedding (I haven’t started planning that part yet). There will be a beautiful and intimate sunset ceremony on the beach, where we'll exchange vows with the sand between our toes and the ocean breeze whispering our love story. Following the ceremony, we'll begin a celebratory evening filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Stay tuned for more details about this special occasion coming soon!
Connecting Us
As the excitement builds, we'll be creating a WhatsApp group for all our confirmed guests! This will be a fun space to connect, coordinate travel, ask questions, and get pumped for the big event.
Most importantly, we want YOU to be part of the magic! Feel free to bring your instruments, favorite games, creative event ideas, or any hidden talents you'd like to share. Together, let's make this La Ventana experience unforgettable!
Booking & Payments
Once we have worked with you to ensure we get you the right accommodation reservation we will send you an invoice and ask for a deposit for your trip. Here is a breakdown of the trip costs:
Accommodations $100 - $250 per night
Shuttle $80 round trip per person
Food, Drink & Entertainment $160 per person (excluding kids)
Adventures $100 - $200 per adventure
